Love and greetings from the Manager, Mother Theresa College of Teacher Education, Perambra! I am the former Principal of St. Joseph's College, Devagiri, Calicut.

Mother Theresa College is one of the best Teacher Education Colleges affiliated to the University of Calicut and recognised by NCTE. The college was started in 2006, and it is owned and administered by a Society under the C.M.I Fathers. Education is a pioneer and major activity of the C.M.I Fathers, and they run institutions such as Christ University, Bangalore, Rajagiri College, Devagiri College, and many other schools and institutions across India.

We aim to train eligible teachers not only by completing the B.Ed. course, but also eligible quality-wise. We believe that the teachers trained by this college should be a blessing to the students they teach and an asset to the institution where they teach. Almost all our students in recent years have passed the B.Ed.with high marks, and most of them have passed the K-TET examination even before they completed their course. We provide a basic English course and give special coaching for the K-TET examination.
