Action Research by Student-Teachers: We ensure an active participation of Student-Teachers in the mandatory action research as part of their teacher education practice. Through hands-on research projects, Student-Teachers' gain valuable insights into classroom dynamics and contribute to the enhancement of teaching methodologies in action. 

Doctoral Research by Faculty Members: The esteemed faculty members pursue their doctoral research, demonstrating their dedication to continuous learning and scholarly excellence. Supportive Infrastructure: We provide paid leave for faculty members to engage in their coursework and research activities, ensuring they have obtained the required time and adequate resources to pursue their scholarly interests and professional development goals.

Publication Initiatives: Several faculty members are actively involved in publication initiatives, disseminating their research findings and readings through scholarly journal articles, books, chapters in edited volumes and conference presentations. These efforts contribute to the dissemination of knowledge and elevation of the reputation of the college.

Collaboration with Research Institutes: We foster collaborations through active MoU with research institutes such as the Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University (TNTEU) to leverage expertise, resources, and opportunities for collaborative research projects and academic exchanges.

Organisation of International Conferences and Workshops: The college periodically organises international seminars and workshops [Viz. "Transforming Indian Higher Education for a new World order-Envisions, Roadmaps & Implementation" , 3^rd to 5^th November 2022 in collaboration with KSHEC, TNTEU and AIAER, India; "Roadmap to NAAC Accreditation of Teacher Education Colleges" , 24^th to 25^th November 2023]; for colleges and researchers in and around the institution; with an aim to promote collective networking and sharing of professional experiences.

Informal Research Centre: The constitution of an informal research centre by the college in on the anvil; to serve as hub of intellectual activities, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and to provide a platform for faculty and students to engage in collaborative research initiatives.
